The Electronic Real Estate Advertisement Verification System (EİDS) is a verification system established by the Ministry of Trade as part of the identity and authorization verification obligations introduced to advertisement platforms through the amendment to the Regulation on Real Estate Trade on August 31, 2023. It aims to increase the accuracy and reliability of real estate listings on electronic advertisement platforms.

With the Real Estate Advertisement Information System (EİDS), property listings on advertisement platforms can only be submitted by the property owner, the owner’s first- and second-degree relatives or spouse, or real estate agencies authorized by the owner with a valid authorization certificate.

EİDS was implemented on September 15, 2024. As of January 1, 2025, the system has been fully activated, and advertisements can no longer be published without authorization verification.

During the process of submitting an individual listing, it is mandatory to enter the property identification number in the relevant field on the listing platform’s page.The system will automatically perform ownership and kinship verification. If the person submitting the listing is the property owner, the owner’s spouse, or one of the first- or second-degree relatives, the standard listing procedure will be completed and the listing will be published.

You can access the property number by using the “Title Deed Information Inquiry” service on e-Government. In this service, you can reach the property number information by clicking the “Property Information” button for the relevant property from the property list. In addition, the property number information is also included on the new type of title deed certificates.

For a real estate business to be able to post an advertisement, it must hold a real estate trade authorization certificate and be authorized by the property owner through the e-Government system for the property to be listed.When entering the advertisement, it is mandatory to enter the property number into the relevant field on the advertisement platform’s page. The system will automatically check the authorization, and if valid, the normal advertisement posting procedure will be completed.Real estate businesses must obtain the property number from the property owner.

e-Government Login: The property owner must log in to the “EİDS Property Listing Authorization Procedures” service on e-Government in order to authorize the real estate company to publish a listing.Authorization Procedures: On the opened page, click the “Authorization Procedures” button located at the top right. At this stage, the properties owned by the person will be listed.Property Selection: Select the property to be authorized and click the “Continue” button.Entry of Authorization Certificate Number and Duration: On the next page, enter the authorization certificate number of Net Antalya Property in the “Authorization Certificate Number” field. Finally, select the “Authorization End Date” (the authorization period cannot be shorter than 3 months) and click the “Save” button to complete the process.

If the logo shown below appears in the listing, it indicates that the listing has been verified by EİDS authorization.
